By accessing and using Vertah you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms you may not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time and will notify users of significant changes.

Vertah provides AI-powered ecommerce enhancement services. Our platform analyzes your store to enhance product images improve product titles and descriptions and generate social media content. The service is provided as-is and we continuously work to improve and expand our features.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our terms or show suspicious activity.

You agree not to use our service for any illegal purpose or to submit content that infringes on intellectual property rights. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have proper rights to all content submitted to our platform. You may not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt our services.

Our service offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew until canceled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the service fails to function as described.

You retain all rights to your original content. By using our services you grant Vertah a license to process your content solely for providing the service. All AI-generated content created for you becomes your property. Vertah retains all rights to its platform technology and intellectual property.

We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately without prior notice for conduct that violates these terms. Upon termination your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Vertah shall not be liable for any indirect incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the past six months.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
